John Ursu Construction is a dream long in the making.
Beginning in 1984, John Ursu started working as a framer with his father, Vic.
They quickly established themselves as quality framers with an eye for solid
construction and ethical treatment of the homes they framed. After becoming a
sub-contractor in 1991, John continued on his way toward his goal: residential
contractor. He achieved this goal in April 2002, having taken the test only once
and scoring a 94% on the builder's exam.
John brings a unique perspective to his company. Long years of framing have
given him an in depth portrait of a well built home from the inside out. This
enables him to build a solidly constructed home as well as a home that is
pleasing to the eye. John is looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial
relationship with future home buyers.
